Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island among the images.
Additionally included in this new document drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and contains a key detailing different areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.
